With a true enthusiasm for food, cooking and design I'm nothing if not versatile. Tailored to your business size and need you too can deliver inspirational food ideas to your customer base. I write recipes and food editorial, produce newsletters and promotional material, such as recipe cards, and build and maintain websites. I have been a finalist in the Times Amateur Chef, semi finalist in MasterChef and winner of Sunday Times Amatur Chef. I ran my own cookery classes, worked for Waitrose on their Seasons Magazine, and for Devon Life for two years. Current work you will see here.
